CUT TO FINISH ON 1800 LINE
It was October 2001 and Pasturi, with a handful of employees, opened his warehouse for the resale of aluminium profiles in Milzano. Significant experience gained as a commercial agent then allowed him to buy and build his first press less than five years after entering the entrepreneurial baptism. The now-small warehouse was abandoned, a few employees and a few drivers were no longer enough for deliveries; now they needed press supervisors, workers, a die shop and so the company expanded and moved to more suitable premises. The first Pasturi-branded extrusions saw the light of day in the municipality of Cigole. On 16 May 2005, 24 October 2007 and 19 December 2019. In 20 years, Pasturi has been able to grow from a resale warehouse to three extrusion presses, a painting plant, a machining department and three photovoltaic plants totalling 2.5 MW. There are more than 100 employees, including Pasturi’s children, born with aluminium in their blood and an example of what true dedication to work can do. A family business, an Italian story.
The plant, equipped with the most modern technology available on the market today, has a capacity of 30,000 tonnes per year and stands out for its strong innovative component, which allows us to guarantee all our customers high standards of quality and service. From 02 January 2020, the THIRD new extrusion line with an 1800-tonne press is operational, guaranteeing an increase in production capacity and flexibility with the other lines, and raising the level of service even further.
